Smile like you mean it, dont smile like you fake it. There's nothing in the world could bring you down except for your physical thinking. So dont think negative and start thinking positive before its too late and dont regret it if you done so. Because thinking is a strong causes of effect to your mind or brain or emotional which lead to stress. If someone is down, we must try our very best to cheer up and make that person smile again eventhough with our lamest idea we could come up with.
